The presenter (John - Capalaba) was confident, knowledgeable & very thorough in his training of the two modules, CPR & FirstAid. It had been about four years since my last training in that domain, & it was good to refresh my knowledge in that area of care. Was so disappointed when I left, the first aid trainer made me feel terrible and dumb when I was just trying to learn the process, I felt so bad for everyone else the entire time because they were just being yelled at, I have no idea what the first aid trainer was going through that day but it has no excuse to be saying things the way he did, it was like a nightmare waiting for it to be over I was so tense the whole time, Good Lord. Sorry but I cannot do it through your course again next time I will have to go somewhere else.
